-
Any reservation made and not cancelled by the cancellation deadline specified in the written offer is considered confirmed and automatically implies responsibility for payment. 2) All cancellations must be made through the online system, or—if the system is not functioning—by contacting the reservations department at hotelcrocus.ro@gmail.com. 3) The penalty-free cancellation deadline is specified at the time of booking. Exceeding this deadline triggers the penalties stated in the reservation. 4) In case of no-show, a penalty of at least one night will be charged (up to the full cost of the stay, depending on the cancellation policy). 5) Refund requests arising from partial use of tourist services must be accompanied by written confirmation. Such confirmation does not guarantee reimbursement of unused services; the request will be honored only if reimbursement is approved. 6) Check-in generally starts at 16:00 (local time) on the arrival date. To avoid inconvenience, please inform us if you will arrive earlier. Check-out must be completed by 11:00. Late check-out until 12:00 is free, subject to availability. Check-out between 12:00–15:00 is charged at 30% of the nightly rate; between 15:00–18:00 at 50% of the nightly rate; after 18:00 the full nightly rate applies. 7) Pensiunea Crocus requires that at least one guest in the party is at least 18 years old.
Rates
Pensiunea Crocus applies dynamic rates that may change daily. Rates are guaranteed only on the basis of a written offer/booking confirmation. Refund requests based on the fact that the selling price was close to or higher than the front desk rate will not be accepted. Reservations without a guarantee not confirmed by 18:00 will be automatically cancelled without contacting the client. Management reserves the right to request credit card details upon arrival or a deposit to cover and guarantee any additional costs incurred during your stay. The accommodation rate includes breakfast, VAT, Wi-Fi access, and private parking. Additional services available for a fee include access to the dry sauna, minibar, and airport transfers (Bucharest Henri Coandă / Brașov Ghimbav).
